Hi, I’m Russell, a Cotswolds-based digital and film wedding photographer, travelling across the UK. Based in Cirencester, I take a relaxed, unobtrusive approach, capturing your day as it naturally unfolds. My aim is to help you feel completely at ease, even if you’re camera-shy, while quietly documenting the genuine, joyful moments that make your wedding yours. From our first chat, Russell was very friendly, approachable and made us feel at ease. We did the pre wedding shoot, which I was a little reluctant to do, however it was the perfect time to get to know Russell and we have some beautiful photos. The wedding day was perfect, he clearly communicated with myself and my husband, and had regular discussions with the venue to help in the overall organisation of photos. We were keen for some sunset photos, if possible, which he kept a close eye on the weather and kept us up to date on when to get the best photos. He was very accomodating of any last minute requests and by the end of our wedding, most of our guests knew Russell by name! He was prompt at sending some photos in the days after and all I can say is they are beautiful! All our guests have commented on how wonderful he was on the day and how stunning the photos are. We would highly recommend."

"Russell is professional, diligent and kind. He arrived early and engaged when he arrives, carrying 5 cameras. Russell worked with us on a personal level, getting to know us on a pre-wedding shoot prior to the wedding. Russel made us comfortable with Russell with him and by the time the wedding rolled around he was basically part of the family. Russell's work is excellent, we really loved the work he did using both digital and film photography. After the day, he even gave us some sneak peaks to let us share with our family, which was kind of him. I would recommend Russell to anyone, decent price, very on the ball and generally a very charming man. I hope to work with him again, preferably not at a second wedding though!"

We got married in October 2025 and we absolutely loved having Russell as our photographer! (The engagement shoot) was so lovely and relaxed and a great way for us to meet and talk about our ideas for our wedding. Russell was friendly, patient with our children and captured really lovely natural shots. The day of the wedding came and he arrived ready to go and checked in with us frequently... He was unobtrusive and kind and able to direct when necessary, which was great. We had booked him until just after our first dance but he stayed longer to capture some more moments which was really sweet. He’s so easy to talk to and captured the day beautifully.
