Travel included for weddings up to 2 hours from Cirencester. For weddings further afield where an overnight stay may be required, accommodation is charged separately.

Booking is really simple. I’ll send over a booking invoice (20% of the price) and a contract. Once this is signed and paid, you are all booked.

Final balance is due two weeks before the wedding.

I aim to deliver the gallery with 6-8 weeks of the wedding.
You will receive a small number of preview photos within one week of your big day (usually sooner).

No - I only deliver the final edited collection. The unedited files aren’t viewable without specialist software, and I want you to have a curated gallery that tells your story beautifully.

Absolutely! I completely understand how important group and family photos are. While most of the day will be captured candidly, we will make sure to plan group and family photography if you would like these on the day. We’ll set aside time to capture them in a relaxed, efficient way.
I actually request a shot list for group photos, as this really helps this section of the day run smoothly.

I travel all across the UK and beyond to capture weddings. There is no cost for travel for weddings up to 2 hours from Cirencester. For weddings further afield when an overnight stay may be required accommodation is charged separately.

Yes, I am fully insured and can provide certificates of insurance for venues if required.

Yes - I offer beautifully designed wedding albums and professional-quality printed products.
Your online gallery includes access to a print store where you can order fine art prints, framed artwork and bespoke wedding albums. This ensures everything is produced using professional materials and colour-calibrated printing for the highest quality finish.
There is absolutely no pressure to purchase prints or albums. Many couples simply enjoy having the option available and decide later. The store is there purely as a convenient, high-quality option should you want something tangible to keep or share with family.

Yes, absolutely - most couples say this.
You don’t need to know how to pose or “perform”. I use natural prompts and gentle direction so you feel comfortable and look like yourselves.
My goal is for you to enjoy the moment, not feel like you’re in a photoshoot.
